Sports Massage is designed for athletes and the physically active. Sports Massage is muscle-specific, to help enhance performance, maintain muscular health, and shorten recovery time. Sport massage uses similar technique to Swedish but emphasizes dealing with athletic injuries, performance enhancements and injury prevention to the muscles and tendons.
